Training is purchased - Certification is earned!
If you are looking for the cheapest, quickest or easiest training, it is NOT offered here!
If you are new and interested in general information about technical diving, please read this interview.
If you are interested in my past Rebreather experience and exposure, please read this post.
General training philosophy is in line with the Hogarthian approach independent of diving OC or CCR:
|
minimalist yet fully redundant
|
self-reliant yet team-oriented
|
well thought-out equipment selection, configuration and techniques
|
continuous strive for improvement |
My main focus is to promote Rebreather diving around the Middle East Region with the Classic KISS, Sport KISS, Inspiration and Evolution units. For advanced RB divers, I also offer Trimix CCR courses as well as CCR-Instructor certification.
My qualifications are CCR Trimix Instructor-Trainer, as well as a Member of Board of Advisors with IART agency. And CCR Trimix Instructor with IANTD agency.
For your convenience, I am also the importing dealer for all of the aforementioned RB units. So you could save $$$ with UAE low 5% import duties when buying any unit, train in warmwater environment and bring the unit back home tax-free.
The goal of the course is to create competent CCR divers who are knowledgeable with well-trained skills. The demand will be the absolute best from the students and no certification is ever awarded that has not been fully earned. It is not enough that the students are comfortable in the water and able to complete the required emergency drills, it is also important that the students demonstrate the discipline required to assemble, pre-dive check and monitor these units u/w.
A pool trial session with a rental unit could also be arranged to see if rebreather diving is suitable for you before making the investment. Depending on availability, renting different RB units for pool trial is also possible.
If you live in high-VAT countries (i.e. EU), you might find that 5% VAT in the UAE attractive.
