Travel-Frame
for Inspiration / Evolution units
The primary original goals are to produce a frame that is:
easy to travel to far-away tropical destinations
light weight (~2kg / 4.5lb)
compact to fit inside most suitcases, and even large carry-on
yet tall enough to be comfortable when suiting up
able to take most RB-tank sizes available at destination
able to take wing / backplate / BCD using 2 standard bolts
adequate protection for overhead environment
promote better horizontal trim
less water resistance | |
use less lead (frame is more negative buoyant than original case in water) |
Some members of the design team consists of:
Dave Thompson (Inventor of the Inspiration CCR, DT box, BM-CL, etc)
